That’s exactly right, and the cool thing is that we can take scenario analysis much further. Instead of looking at a few individual global scenarios, we can do it in a much more granular way. By building relatively simple scenarios (distributions) for each piece and specifying their interactions, we end up building up a very complex understanding of the big picture from those pieces. And it’s all based on justifiable, understandable, defensible components.
